Delete your Lyana account

You can initiate permanent account deletion directly in the Lyana application.

How to delete your account

Open Lyana and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open More.
Select Delete Account.
Review the information shown and confirm deletion.

Account deletion is permanent. Before confirming, save any information you are legally required or otherwise need to retain.

What is deleted

Specialist or staff account

The account and personal profile data associated with that user are deleted. Business records created or managed within the organization’s workspace may remain available to the organization because the business controls those records.

Organization owner account

Deleting the organization owner account deletes data associated with that organization, including customer details and contacts, photos and attachments, appointments and service history, personnel and schedule information, inventory records, internal cash records, remuneration information, and other workspace data.

Temporary technical retention

Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups or technical logs until it is overwritten under the service providers’ normal retention cycles. It is not used for other purposes. Limited information may be retained where required by law, security, or dispute resolution.

If you cannot access the Application

If you cannot sign in or complete deletion, contact ar.galkina99@gmail.com from the email address associated with the account. We may request information necessary to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Do not send your password or authentication codes.
